I'm very satisfied with this soundbar. The sound quality is clear, with good bass and volume, perfect for both movies and music. Easy to set up and connect via Bluetooth. Worth the price. Highly recommended!

Happy with the purchase
I purchased the Hisense soundbar for my TCL TV, and it is fully compatible and works exceptionally well. It comes with an HDMI cable, making the setup quick and easy. Once connected, the soundbar can be controlled using the TV’s remote, which is very convenient, although it also includes its own remote control. I bought it during a promotional offer and am very satisfied with the purchase.

Shockingly Good for an All-in-One Soundbar
Did a sound test straight out of the box and WOW. The surround sound is clean, immersive, and surprisingly powerful for an all-in-one unit. The built-in subwoofer hits nicely without needing extra speakers or clutter. Dialogue is clear, bass is punchy, and the surround effect really fills the room. Super easy to set up and looks sleek too. Highly recommend.

No warranty support
Bought this soundbar only 6 months ago, and it has already failed. It is permanently stuck in Bluetooth mode and cannot switch to any other input. Despite being under warranty, I could not get any service or repair support. Hisense asked me to contact Amazon, while Amazon also did not arrange a repair or replacement. Both parties kept passing responsibility, leaving me with no warranty support. Very disappointing after-sales experience.

Can't be a genuine product.
This can't be a genuine product what your promised in regards to sound and quality and what you actually get are world's apart. I have it set up in a smallish room using a good quality hmdi cable. The room should vibrate from it's power but it's far from that.

Decent soundbar for the price
Whilst this sound bar doesn't have the greatest rating by 'Which' magazine, for the price it delivers a good punch and enhances the viewer experience. It is probably best used in a smaller room where the sound can bounce a little more giving better effects. It does need to be turned up to a higher level than the TV world normally be on, and the ARC connection definitely works better that the optical option. It's helpful that it actually tells you when it's turned on or off as there is only a small light indicator showing this. The lights too show up when increasing our decreasing volume which is handy to see. Using it with a Hi Sense TV so TV remote changes the sound bad volume. Prefer the bad built in to avoid another box sitting on the floor, but some may prefer that option. Easy to set up and use. Overall happy with the product for the price paid.

Perhaps fake!
I bought a similar soundbar and make before. Very hollow sound and some Chinese mumbling on and off. I don't believe this an original product, by Hisense. Bought a lot of Hisense items in my life and the first time I'm not happy.

Form my side , I will say that I am satisfied with this soundbar . It is good value for money . I haven't try all the functions yet but the size is perfect, design is perfect. The sound looks nice . Also, bluetooth connectivity is very easy to do
