A Nutrient I Want in My Daily Routine
I really like having vitamin A as part of my daily supplement routine, especially because I spend so much time around screens and artificial lighting throughout the day. It is great for dry eyes. It goes away.
This has made a huge difference on my dry eyes. I felt a difference after 2weeks. Now I’m on my 2nd bottle and will continue because it has made it so much better for me. I no longer have to continuously use eyedrops constantly 5-6times a day as I used to to keep my eyes from stinging. The sun used to bother so much, my eyes would sting if I didn’t wear r sunglasses. 😎
