Very fun book to have, can be gifted to people of any age, i believe, assuming they are open to artsy stuff. It has fun prompts that make it easy to go through a boring day.

The book in itself is very inspiring. The tasks given on each page makes you look at the materials around you from a different perspective. Also there is no 'wrong way' to fill the journal. It's yours alone and you're free to do what you want (don't be intimidated by how everyone else fills their journal when you search online). Alternatively you'll feel a part of a larger community that's dedicated in filling their journals, interpreting each tasks in awe spiring ways.Only complain I have is regarding paper quality. Try not to use OHP or permanent markers. Also use Felt tipped pens carefully. in case of using watercolors i tried putting newspapers under the page I was working with in order to avoid the pages below from warping. Better use acrylic instead (which again need to have another loose sheet in between to avoid pages facing each other to stick).So over all if only the paper quality was better it'd have a 5 star! But it does push you to explore more materials and that I suppose is an invaluable experience!

I am dissatisfied with the way the book was handled. It's pages were folded and torn slightly and the front page had stains. If I am buying a new book I expect it to be in mint condition. The book itself is great. We are taught to keep our books properly and doodling and tearing pages of books is seen badly so to be able to absolutely wreck this book in so many different ways is something new and fun. So in conclusion, buy this book but from somewhere else.

A book that tells you how to destroy it. Like seriously, who thought we'd see one of these! So basically, this book is an interactive self-instruction manual on how to properly destroy this book.Every page has task that will eventually lead to its annihilation.Don't worry, the tasks are not very violent. Simple things like poking holes through the page, ripping pages, painting with coffee etc.This book guarantees hours of fun, no matter what your age. And can act as a anger/stress management tool.Buy it only if your conscience allows you to wreck a book, though.
