Read before you buy.Too good to be true. Stupid me was expecting a 4k 64MP camera AT LEAST at 30FPS. If you run it at 4k 64MP it records at like 5FPS. Super laggy. I asked for instructions on getting it to the right setting and at first customer service was very responsive but, after mentioning it wasn't physically broken, I began to get ghosted for a few days.Video at 1080p is ok-ish. and photo quality is for sure not 64MP despite that being the setting. More like....15MP-ish at best? Also, no way to view or adjust FPS. To be honest, I feel like if there was an option to adjust FPS that would fix everything. Also, video "auto" setting should adjust for the most optimal FPS for 4k right?Audio...is ok. not the best. lack of instructions (nothing mentioned in the manual) so....without the external mic, audio kind of sucks. With the external make, pick the -20db option. at 0db it blasts and distorts audio.I do have some good things to say about this. If you want an average home-video camera this is great! Comes with a bag, extra battery, memory card, handle thing (not a stabilizer/gimbal as implied), shroud/shade thing, and microphone. That's a lot of great goodies for a home video camera. For vlogging, youtube, streaming, or anything else? Not so great.Is it worth the money? for a home video setup with mediocre quality. yes. for what's advertised? definitely not.Maybe I got a dud? I'm willing to try a replacement if it is a dud and if it is actually advertised correctly....but since I've been ghosted without direction I'm asking them for a refund. hopefully they'll finally work with me? I'm flexible. I had high hopes for this camera :(Willing to positively update my review if I get some actual customer service

Ok to start this I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I bought this to start videoing hunts. This is completely new to me and I was not 100% sure of what I wanted, needed or didnt need. I picked this based on the reviews. To start with the camera feels cheap. Again, I bought a cheap camera. Not sure what I am expecting. I will say I may have had a situation where the camera was in a bag (not really protected) and I had to drop it from a tree about 8-10 feet. it survived that so maybe its stronger than I think. The video quality up to about 50 yards is pretty good. It gets quite grainy with zooming in. It did come with a lot of stuff including the microphone, two batteries, remote, case, stablization arm, and hood. As I learn more about what I want to fit my needs I will replace this camcorder, but I will keep this for close up video.

Excellent camcorder! I am impressed at the quality of video footage this camcorder produces. I noticed, as with all camcorders, if you're recording in tight areas you need to turn the camera a little slower so it gets a nice transition to focal points. The microphone is very good. I had my doubts but when I tried it out I left the powerslide in the middle (normal position) and it picks up VERY well. The directions are decent but can be a little more in depth, but overall not difficult to understand. One this I did was upgrade to the pistolgrip style handle to hold it. It makes it much easier then just sliding your hand through the handstrap. It's very easy to operate and worth the price. The zoom is also easy to use and provides clear video while zoomed in. I didn't connect to wifi with it so I can't give a review on that part.
