Cost
It's so expensive now. Why?

Coated in wheat flour
Why oh why has suet become so expensive?? It's just fat for goodness sake. It's a waste product unless prettily shredded and packed in a nice box. I have to wash this fat off under the tap before I can use it because it's coated in wheat. Due to the price, I will now be having a word in my butcher's shell-like for some fat which I hope he will mince for me and I'll keep it in the fridge/buy just before I need it.

Atora Shredded Suet 200G
I get this Suet every year to make the best Christmas puddings with, and the shredded suet from Atora is the one I always use for the last 45+ years. It just makes the best traditional Christmas puddings that Veggi suet can not compete with.

Fantastic product for light, flavorful dumplings
Always a winning choice for dumplings. The flavor and lightness of dumplings made with this is far better than dumplings I've had prepared any other way. I grew up in the US & these days this is my go-to for dumplings. It's shelf-stable so you don't have to worry about using it up right away after it's opened. After a month or so I'll throw mine in the freezer...since we sometimes go a few months without making dumplings. It works just as well straight from the freezer as it does from the shelf.

Plum Pudding Ready
This is a great product that we have ordered before. It arrived from the United Kingdom in record time. You would need to remember to adjust your recipe because there is flour in with the suet. Now I am prepared to do my Christmas plum pudding!

I see a Christmas Figgy Pudding in the future
I realize that Christmas is a few months away but I can’t find this during the holidays. So I ordered waaaaay early and stored it in the fridge. Clearly I haven’t used it yet so I’ll have to wait until after the new year to update this review. It had been raining when it was delivered. Even though the delivery could have been placed out of the rain, it wasn’t. The packing box AND the product box were both soaked through and destroyed. Fortunately the suet itself was packaged in a sealed plastic bag so it survived. I just let the product’s box dry out so it could go in the fridge with the suet.
