The product was delivered within 24 hours. Placed the order at night and in the morning, it was delivered before 10:00 am. As with any Logitech product, the M221 silent mouse is good. The mouse paired with the dongle as soon as it was inserted, no issues at all.I was a little concerned since I had one more dongle from Dell for the Keyboard and my old dongle was also in the USB hub. Regardless of the presence of more than one dongle, the M221 paired and started to function almost instantenously.The mouse packaging doesn't contain any quick start guide or instruction manual. A QR code pointing to one page summary of instructions should have been good. One feature of the mouse (auto scroll - up/down) can be activated, when you push the scroll wheel towards you - left side. The mouse icon would change that you can easily notice - now you can auto scroll fast or slow based if you jus move the mouse in the direction that you want only once. This is a very useful feature for those who are reviewing long documents and browsing through long web pages.The mouse is very silent in its operation, except for some sound during scrolling. It is good the silent feature is excellent and past my expectations. The battery life is decent. The product works well with the usb connectivitity. Build quality is great. scroll works well.

Impressed by soft use of the product, no click sound, works in surface like any kind of table, slate, bed and so on.. small in size, weight less.. accuracy of the curser in milli or microseconds.

It’s a very smooth mouse with a nice grip. Good grip for people with small hands , preferably girls. Connectivity is also great. Perfect mouse that comes under the budget. Best part is no clicking noise.Perfect perfect !!!!!

The item is Defective out of box, was not working. Initiated return process. The executive said return not possible as verification fails - the delivered product and purchased product had label change - logi and Logitech. See image. Asked to call customer support. While in return process there is NO menu to reach customer support. Stuck and very unhappy with this experience

Excellent product from Logitech. Size is quite small and perfect for work. Interestingly battery was there which will go for more then a year and the best part is it's almost silent. As its my first usb mouse and I'm happy with the products and specs. I am a 3d artist and designer so let's see how this performs in coming time.
