Spending 299rs is not an Problem.
The Product is good and efficient, but sometimes it not respond properly but little bit it's worth for its price cuz there is no issues for spending 299rs for a gadget like this.. it's very usefull tool in house Many jewel shops owners keep this we have seen. Even it's worth for its Accuracy and very handy to use everyone can operate it.. the request to seller pls check the device before you ship to the customers I have got the device with out that one grip rubber you can see this in pic. But it's not a matter.. and one thing I don't know it can only measure 200g not beyond it I need to check because after it it's showing over weight so I'm not sure about it.. Thankyou happy shopping..

Defective and no replacement provided
The item is not working at all and even though option of replacement is there, amazon is not processing the replacement request. There is no way to contact customer support either. Terrible customer service by amazon, scamming customers like this.

Working great, ther wis no issues with this product and also it is too handy and easy to use ....

Decent product for the price
Product is quite small, so it will not suit big items like bangles or big chains; unless you can figure out a stand or something. But it works. Only issue is that after removing the item, it doesn’t go back to 0 but will be 0.6 or something minor. So you will need to switch off and on again. Otherwise I used it for about 10 items and it seemed within a minor range of in-accuracy. You will get a fair idea. For the price, it’s good enough.
