Costly but works as expected
This is my first label maker I bought, so I can't compare much with others. However I would recommend this one as it does not have the printing problem on battery unlike some models. This also has pc connectivity but I haven't tried. The labels are good but the adhesive is average. You get to choose only from 3 types of fonts without connecting to pc. Although I feel it's costly but for me it serves the purpose.

No charging adapter and bad return policy
DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is my first ever negative experience and review with an Amazon pitch. The photo shows what was sent as a charging adapter, which cannot be plugged in. I have no idea what this adapter is for and the manual is far from comprehensive. By the time I needed to charge the label maker, I discovered this error. This item has a tight return window, different from other purchases Iโve made on Amazon. Iโm now stuck with a label maker and no charging adapter or power source. It does not use typical batteries (e.g., AA, AAA etc.) This is seriously frustrating as this was not an inexpensive label maker. I have totally wasted my money on this item.
