Okay - I have been searching for this for probably 15 years. When I meditate, I can’t sit comfortably. So I sit there and imagine some device that could hold me comfortably. And my legs fall asleep and I try maintain equanimity about my legs and feet asleep and my back in pain. This widget allows me to sit and actually relax. It is very well made. I love that it folds down to a zippered pouch! I don’t remember the last time I felt motivated to write a review the same day I received something. One hour seated with total comfort!

I am glad I didn't, but I would pay twice as much for this. I have scoured the internet for back relief that is not a cushion or a prescription drug. I work in an office and struggle with trying to remind myself to sit straight but somehow always end up slouching like a slug constantly. This provided immediate relief and support. For any reviews that said it hurt their knees, its because they are not actively working to correct their posture just leaning into the straps to do it for them. This thing is magic but you still have to engage a little. I really can not recommend this enough though! Immediately felt pain relief and secure. I saw a few other options available that were more expensive but I cant imagine they work any better. It folds in on itself so easy to put away/ travel. 10/10 would purchase again. Thank you!

I bought my better back and when it was brand new and just to the market. I really like it for when I'm sitting on the couch for long periods of time. It's very supportive and I like that I can cross my legs while wearing it. However, I lost my original better back and was really disappointed as I didn't want to spend another $50+ on a new one, so I decided to look on Amazon and found this one. It's just as good as the original and it is half the price. Such a good deal. Happy to have something to support my back again. 😊

Product came with no stitching on one of the straps making it completely unusable. Very disappointing since I needed this asap.

In the description it says it will fit any body type or size but beware it barely fits if you are overweight or tall the straps are not long enough. It is very good quality but you will have to watch a YouTube video to figure out the straps and clips because there are no directions.

I tried many of these and this is the best one. Really helps my back, especially on flights.

I love the support on my back, but the knee pads keep slipping off..they don't stay where they should without holding them.

Love it. I bought this for my niece because I have one for the last 30 years. It forces you to sit properly and it is so comfortable. The only consideration is you have to have good knees.

I have lower back pain mainly from arthitic facet joints. Bad posture doesn't help matters thats why this belt is different. It has positioned my pelvis correctly and releived the pain caused by muscle spasms. I recommend you try it. I wear it for about 25 minutes during breakfast and the effect usually lasts through the day. Its the best pain relief device I've tried. Other than CBD nothing works better.

easy to use

A little tricky and clumsy to start but works incredibly well for compressed discs in my back. And is positive motivation for good posture.
