How does this compare to the DCF899 1/2 in real use?

I used to use the 1/2 inch gun with an adapter to use 3/4 drive sockets, but using the 897 is a whole lot better more torque and power, with the 5ah battery is so much more longer lasting, not that it was a real problem before!

How come the same model is available from Screwfix for £149.00 ? I thought you would be cheaper !!!!!

The model available at Screwfix is the DCF899, the 1/2 drive version of this tool. If you want the 3/4 drive check Powertoolmate it's around £170.

Gets the job done when other tools fail! Put a decent amp battery in and it cracks old rusty bolts like nothing else.

Que dire si ce n’est parfait ,rapide en plus .

Commander le 8/07, Expedié plusieurs jour aprés l’avoir commander peu après numéros de suivis DPD, livraison prévue entre le 21 et le 24 /07 . Un peu de patience cela provient de Pologne . Comme je regarde souvent le suivis dd mes colis pour toujours être présent, lâ bonne ;surprise livraison estimée pour le 16/07, Donc jour J sms du livreur DPD m’avertissant de sa venue . Donc réception du colis dans sont plus simple emballage d’origine carton . Ouverture de ce dernier effectivement clés a choc dewalt seule neuve de chez neuve avec doc . Un seul bémol, le carton est entouré par endroit sur le pourtour d'adhésif transparent sérigraphie ce qui pose un soucie quand ce dernier cache de petite étiquette qui donne des infos utile pour la déclaration d'outils chez Dewalt donnant droit a 3 ans de garantie . Article correspondant dans l'exacte description de la page produit ,neuf de chez neuf donc satisfait en tout point . Le carré d'entraînement est en 3/4 mais il est possible d'y mettre un réducteur en 3/4 vers 1/2 pour pouvoir avoir un plus grand choix de douille . Vendeur sérieux et professionnel vous pouvez lui faire confiance .Si j’étais a nouveaux sur le point de commander auprès de ce dernier je le ferais sans hésiter.
