No it isn't, I am not sure if I would call it water resistant either. The speakers are exposed, as well as both cameras. I don't worry about having it out when it rains, but I wouldn't be happy if I dropped it in a shallow lake. Really nice case for drops tho!

does it fit a 5c I phone

All I know is mine is the 2012 iPhone 5 that's the one I got it for and it fits perfect

Does this come with a belt clip

Yes, it does. Case is great and holster/clip is too when I use it. Most of the time I just stick my phone in my pocket but it's nice to have the clip if I need it.

I ordered two otterbox defender for i phone 5c, got one for a 5c and one for a 5, the holster clip for the 5c is the one that broke in five days. The clip for the 5 is identical. Ended up giving the 5 away as there was no economic reason to pay the postage to return 5
