Truly AWESOME sauce (typical from Melinda's)
Truly awesome sauce. Funny thing, switching from the three X habanero sauce up to this one, I didn't notice any heat increase. Same great flavor I expect from Melinda's, but was it. Until, that is, I had to go back down for a bit. I noticed a BIG drop in heat. Now my homemade breakfast burritos, which I make most mornings, get this Scorpion pepper sauce.

A Sauce that tastes GOOD, and also melts your face off!!!
I have been using Melinda's Ghost Pepper sauce for about a year now. I love Ghost Pepper, but it is so damn hot that it is hard to appreciate the flavor before it melts your face off. Melinda's makes a nice sauce that allows you to really taste and appreciate the flavor and sweetness of the Ghost Pepper. But beware, because this sauce will still destroy you if you use to much of it. Delicious. But one drop per bite is about the max. Unless you love diarrhea. To be honest, this Scorpion Pepper sauce is very similar in taste and heat level to the Ghost Pepper sauce. And this is not at all a bad thing! The Scorpion pepper seems to be a little sweeter and brighter. But it is just as hot and delicious. I highly recommend this sauce!

Full of Flavor
I had tried Melinda’s Mango Habanero Wing Sauce and liked the flavor, but I wanted a bit more heat. I like hot stuff, but it has to have flavor. Just because it has a 16,000,000 scoville rating doesn't mean it will taste good. Melinda’s Scorpion Pepper Hot Sauce has the perfect balance of heat and flavor by combining the fiery heat from Trinidad Scorpion pepper that clock in at 2 million scoville units, a hit of acidity from lime juice and rich flavors from carrots, garlic and onion. LOVE IT!
