I started taking these and I noticed a little difference. I have tingling in my feet at night so I started taking these to see if they might help. I think that they have be beneficial somewhat. I feel that I need to take them for a while longer because I say yes, absolutely they are helping. But I am encouraged by the difference I am beginning to notice. The pill size is a little bit larger than I prefer, but not terribly large. The pure ingredients was the top reason for me choosing this brand. So based on that I believe they are worth the cost of this supplement. I have been taking them for two months now.

I swear by this stuff and have been taking it for years. Started taking it during menopause for brain fog and it helped so much. Stopped taking it for years and then when I turned 60 I started noticing I was struggling a lot to remember things and come up with the words I was looking for. Found myself saying "I can't remember" more than any other phrase in my life, and then remembered the Acetyl-l-Carnitine. I started taking it again about 3 years ago and swear by it. I take just one 500mg. every morning and it really helps my focus. For a long time I felt it helped my focus, but not so much my memory. But as time went on, I really notice that even my memory is a lot, lot better. I would not recommend taking more than one at a time. Just personally, when I took two, my head hurt and felt wierd and sort of hyper and uncomfortable. When I just take one, I don't feel any side effects at all. When I don't take it for a few days, I definitely notice that I am struggling a bit more for memories and words. I hope it works for you too. Oh, and Thorne is the brand that works the best for me, and I have tried many brands. It's a bit expensive, but not bad since I only take 1 a day. DO NOT TAKE IT BEFORE BED. Take it in the a.m. I am not a doctor and these comments are just based on my personal experience.
