Perfect product for workout

Good for walking
These work well for walking an adding an extra effort for the upper body and increase in heart rate.

Need gloves hard in palm of hand
Seems to work well to add to a walking workout. It is very hard on the palm of the hands. Needs to be padded or wear work out gloves. Should really improve hand strength and grip strength.

Great gadget everyone should have!
I bought this device a few days ago and was very skeptical at first. Now when I got and tried it a few times, I am very pleased with the results. It exceeded my expectations!!!
