These are my first TWS and got it for ₹1,899 + ₹129 Anti lost TWS strap + ₹121 Extended warranty by Onsitego. Earlier I used neckband and changed many with the used Realme Wireless 5, 50dB ANC neckband and I loved the audio and ANC until they stopped working just 2 months after 1 year brand warranty is over. That feels like a scam. I trusted boat and wanted 50 dB ANC, rest all I get is something extra. The audio is amazing, boat signature sound is actually something good, maybe Realme neckband didn't had that quality (I am not an expert), ambient sound I use less, ANC is very satisfying, head tracking I experienced first time in my life (on internet people say it is an apple product thing, well whatever it is practically a noticeable experience). Working good, yes less battery backup than neckband but it is like pomodoro after a few years take a 30 minutes break put the TWS on case for charging, all good. Loves the experience and that for this price. If these TWS worked more than Realme neckband (extended warranty must help in future), then I would definitely be loving and trusting Boat products. They actually are very good and practical specially for someone like me whojust wanted audio and ANC, rest all the things are premium experience. Cons: On calls other person is not hearing my voice clearly so have to take the call normally without bluetooth TWS.

**Worst build quality I've ever seen even the fake ones feel better.** The Hybrid ANC (50db) isn't actually a full 50 db noise cancellation rather it's just a normal ~32db like those in 'Boat Nirvana Space'. I've had a series of Boat devices and I've noticed their build quality as well as trust is degrading as time passes. I've been with Boat since they released Airdopes 800 Hi-def (dolby audio), ngl that was the best product I've ever encountered except battery life (at max 2 days for case at casual use) at that given price which was arround ₹1900 but now they've broken the customer trust. I had same bad experience with Boat Nirvana Space but I thought that I may made a wrong choice of product but then agn when I bought these I've realised that Boat is no more a reliable company. I have atleast 5-6 boat sound devices and ngl even the Go boult mustang torq edition buds are better than these. I am using from a 25 days approx, sound quality wise good feels like theatre in spatial mode. But podcase battery durability not upto the mark with pods you can see a 3 hours complete movie which is very good but podcase if you use or not use battery will drain automatically in end of the day and blinking red colour. Every day I have to put the chargers even I don't use it. Again says that sound quality is very good. But battery wise disappointed.

Good sound quality but to big buds and charging drain fastly sometimes

It's really a good product for music and regular call but finding latency issue while gaming and buds doesn't charge in rare cases when buds are completely drained it's unable to charge while we insert in case. overall it's worth for price

After 3 months, sound and charging problem arise

I am extremely disappointed with the product and overall experience I have had with this purchase. The boAt Ivy Pro earbuds that I received appear to be defective and possibly previously repaired or improperly handled before delivery. The finishing quality of the earbuds is not proper, the earbud panels are not perfectly aligned, and there are clearly visible glue marks on the body of the earbuds. When I opened the parcel for the very first time, I also noticed glue fingerprints on the right earbud and small dust particles inside both earbuds, which is completely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be brand new. To test the product, I connected the earbuds to my phone and used them for only around five minutes. At the beginning, both earbuds showed 100% battery. However, within just five minutes of usage, the right earbud battery suddenly dropped to 90% while the left earbud still remained at 100%. This clearly indicates abnormal battery performance and strongly suggests that the product has a hardware or battery-related defect. Another major concern is regarding the manufacturing date. The boAt Ivy Pro earbuds were officially launched on 10 July 2025, but the package I received mentions April 2025 as the manufacturing/import date. This creates serious doubt that I may have been sold old leftover stock or a unit that had already been sitting unused for a long time, which could also explain the poor condition, battery issue, glue marks, and dust found inside the earbuds. I purchased this product on 8 May and raised a replacement request on the very same day after identifying these issues. However, I was informed that replacement was not available and only a return option could be processed. I was then given 14 May as the return pickup date. Unfortunately, instead of completing the pickup, Amazon customer care cancelled my return request without my permission or consent. I had to raise the return request again, and now the pickup date has been delayed further to 18 May. Because of these repeated delays and poor handling of the issue, my money remains stuck even though I received a defective product. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional from both Amazon and boAt. I expect immediate action, proper return pickup, and a full refund without any further delays.

Price too much high. This not worth for this price And, this product I give to my friend birthday gift present. I expected date 9- Sep but deliver the product 11 - sep
