Good flavor
I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of these. I looked through the reviews and saw that some people got duds -- our jar was full of flavor! Truffles are notorious for losing their flavor fast so having a jar of truffles shipped here and retain their flavor was, like I said, a pleasant surprise. It is quite expensive but that's how it goes with truffles.

A very delicious self treat
For a special treat in omeletes and stir frys adding an umami flavor that I love and the oil is good for drizzling on salads. Good flavor and great for the price I use these more than the fresh ones because they last longer.
