The Tiger Wormery - Multi Tray Stacking Wormery

This item arrived well packed and complete. Instructions were easy to follow and it is now proudly housing it's first residents. I think it is made of polypropylene which, in my experience, can become very brittle at low temperatures so I hope it doesn't start cracking. There was no warnings on using it during cold weather(as best I can remember for my fleeting glance of the booklet that cam with it that is. Also there was no UV resisance data on it so I "hope" it is up to the job. Time will tell on this. Lets see how it fairs over the winter. I think it will be prudent to keep the receipts because I can't say I expect it to be in such good condition by spring time.

Arrived quickly Simple to put together after studying the picture worms look alive and wriggling down into their bed As single household brought the 3tray version.

Purchased this product, viewed assembling instructions on you tube before settling worms in. At this stage they seem quite happy.

System seems to work OK until it rains, at this point it fills up with rainwater which overwhelms the sump level and can result in worms getting drowned in bottom level. Suspect that the only way to prevent this is to cover with tarpauline sheet. Overall though it seems to be a poor design.

i bought the wormery as a suprise present and would have liked some indication on the outside that the box contained live worms as i wasn't giving the present for a couple of weeks, the wormery is easy to assemble but is very light when it is empty, the lid isn't a brilliant fit and some worms escaped until i put a weight on the top

Bought this for a friend and they are very happy with this worming box
