It's just such a stunningly well designed product. I use the US Princess (Princeton) model all the time and it's just beautiful. Review: I've only just received this and I'm still just figuring it out. I bought it to be my "bass rig" for the band I play bass in, but I can see this playing a role in my other bands where I play guitar.

The HX Stomp is an absolute game-changer! Despite its small size, it delivers studio-quality amp modeling and effects that rival much larger and more expensive units. The sound quality is phenomenal, with rich, dynamic tones that work perfectly for both live performances and recording sessions. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to tweak presets and customize tones, yet it offers deep editing options for those who want to fine-tune their sound. It integrates seamlessly into any setup, whether as a standalone unit, part of a pedalboard, or even as an audio interface. For anyone looking for professional-grade sound in a portable package, this is a must-have. Highly recommended! 🎸🔥

I am a bass player that picked up an HX Stomp in order to downsize my pedal board. I found myself in more and more situations where I was using effects. My pedal board kept growing and I had several units that I had bought for specific uses but hardly ever used. So I picked up an HX Stomp with the idea that it should cover just about anything I needed moving forward and would allow me to simplify and down size. For this purpose the HX Stomp has worked out great! One by one I was able to find a suitable (sometimes better) HX Stomp replacement for each of my pedals. Now I'm down to just three pedals, an EHX Freeze (no replacement for this on the HX), a Source Audio C4 Synth and the HX Stomp. I am able to use the HX Stomp for effects, amp modelling and a DI directly to FOH (I rarely have a gig anymore where I need an amp) and it sounds absolutely great! It is a rock solid piece of gear and is not glitchy at all. The only negative things I can say about it is the learning curve can be a little steep and it takes a while to really dial in the sounds you want, but I still think Line6 did a decent job with the interface considering all the features, options and versatility this device has, and the HX Edit software makes it a good bit easier once you get used to it.

Was debating between this and the LT for home / desk use as an upgrade from a 20 year old Pod XT with a failed LCD. Ended up with this because the LT was just too large and I didn't feel like I would need the extra DSP. The amount of tonal possibilities available within this unit is incredible, there's enough to please anyone. The interface is a bit hard to navigate and confusing at first, especially doing things like splitting paths, setting different values to snapshots and setting expression pedal settings, but you get used to it and it becomes second nature, the HX Edit program also helps a lot. One of the great features is the ability to use impulse responses where you can get realistic sounding cab / mic combinations, companies like Ownhammer, York audio and others have good affordable IRs for relatively cheap. Line 6 has been updating the Helix series for years, adding new effects, models, options etc. This further adds value to the device, and I see myself using this for a long time just like I did with the Pod XT. EDIT: If you're using this on a desk at home like I am, this tablet holder works perfectly with the Stomp, it's all metal too: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08LDNFFSX An update after a few months of using it: I'm still incredibly impressed by this unit even more so now then when I got the unit. After watching videos on youtube, I'm now very comfortable using the unit without HX Edit. If you're confused on how to use this unit, John Nathan Cordy on youtube recently made a video called "So you bought an HX Stomp - The Basics", I highly recommend watching that video, it goes through the most important features.
