Customer service is horrible and will ghost
I was excited to get this washing machine. After some figuring out, I got things connected. The washer started to spray water underneath when I started it the very first time. I’ve attempted to resolve the issue with rovsun and have started a couple email chains with the customer service rep or reps but they suddenly stop responding.

Highly recommended idk why people saying they never received there washer both washer and dryer come separately they don’t come at same time if dryer comes first you will receive you’re washer the next day and I love my 30lb one it’s perfect
