If you make Kombucha you need to be interested in the ph. as a confirmation of a good batch. These work great and are reasonable priced.

Color changes but hard to differentiate between pH values
Although the test strip changes color in about a second, evaluating the actual pH is difficult as none of the colors on the scale quite matches the actual test strips. With the inaccurate color scale, I am guessing as to the actual pH but with these test strips might guess a pH within 1.0 or 2.0 of presumed reality.SUGGESTION TO COMPANY: Print a color scale on the package that better corresponds to actual test-strips, and offer users guidance for accurate use.
