I feel so sad!
I bought a set of two speakers but I only received one. I also tried many ways to connect Bluetooth to the speaker I received, but it’s very unstable and won’t connect. I was really surprised that a brand like EV could have such poor Bluetooth performance. I tried to contact the seller, but I only ended up messaging back and forth with an AI — very disappointing! Update: Although I experienced some issues with the delivery and a minor defect with the product, which caused me some inconvenience, the seller was very patient and worked with me to resolve the problems in the best possible way. I have decided to revise my review because of their sincerity
