3 years of this have changed my life
I have just finished my 6th 6 minute diary. I started with the original version, then 5 of the Pure version. It’s an amazing habit to develop. Every day I am grateful for what I have and the beauty around us. Spending time in nature. It gives me space time and focus. Each day I do the most important things, written down in the morning. Leaving me to enjoy my dog walk before starting the day. It helps personally and professionally. I have developed great habits and am always learning. It makes me do more good deeds. I highly recommend this to all I have bought over 30 copies for friends over the years Try it

Genuinely brilliant!
I’ve always been a little sceptical of this kind of product. With self care becoming more of a trend than a genuine way of life, there are so many journals, books and self help guides out there, it’s hard to know what’s helpful and what’s just another fad. At a very difficult time in my life The 6-Minute Diary has quickly become a fundamental part of my day. It is a little pricey, but it’s also beautifully made, which makes holding and writing in it an absolute pleasure. It’s full of tips and directions to help you get the most out of it. It really does only take a few minutes of your time in the morning and the evening, so it’s easy to fit into even the busiest of days. The guided entry’s are very simple questions, so I don’t ever struggle to fill them in, but they do genuinely help you to reflect on what you want to get out of each day and how you could improve. In a couple of weeks of completing this diary, alongside some short guided meditations first thing in the morning, I have seen a huge shift in my mood and my behaviour. Setting targets for myself at the start of each day gives me focus and reminding myself of what I am grateful for gives me a positive outlook from the very start of the day. I don’t usually write such long reviews! But if you are sitting on the fence as to whether to buy this book (especially with the hefty price tag!) I would urge you to go for it! It’s definitely worth the extra few £s!

It REALLY is just Six Minutes
I absolutely love this product. I started with the Six Minute Diary but was rather half-hearted about it - thinking it couldn't possibly be just six minutes a day... but it arrived and I filled it in that day ... and the next day... and the next day... I loved the daily quotes/affirmations; I loved the fact that the statements/questions are simple and straightforward and didn't make it feel like an exam or that there was a "wrong answer". I just love it. So much that as I filled it in one day.. then the next... then the next... I came to the end of it. I was delighted and disappointed all at the same time... so I immediately ordered the Six Minute Diary Plus... and am very much looking to not only continuing my morning and evening "journalling" (which has improved my focus on my life, my goals, what I will accept and what is unacceptable to me) and I have high hopes that "Plus" will allow me to continue to start and end each day in a positive, productive, pro-active mindset - which has had a massive beneficial impact on so many other aspects of my life. I'm going to end here because I know I'm beginning to sound evangelical about it... but I really can't recommend it highly enough. Buy it and tell yourself "I'll give it my best shot for a week"... don't look at the whole book and think I'll never get to the end... just tell yourself "seven days". That's what I did... but the first seven days were followed by the second seven days.. then the third ... and the fourth... and ... on those days where I couldn't fill it in first thing (with a cup of coffee in bed) ... I missed it. My day didn't "start right"... and on those rare occasions where I couldn't end my day positively reflecting on all the good things that had happened... I went to sleep with my heart that little bit less content .. and I couldn't hear my soul singing the lullaby that the diary created every evening. Buy it. Try it. I hope, like me, you'll love it.

Really usable, quick, perhaps life changing, journal!
I bought the original 6 minute journal this time last year, and quickly got into the daily habit. It's great that it doesn't take long, so I could fit it into my busy working-parent life. The quotes, questions and weekly reflections were often really thought provoking and over the past year massively helped me to make quite life changing decisions (like relocating halfway across the country to live by the seaside!) This is a journal that can fit into anyone's life and really does help you to create your best life and best self. I fell out of the habit during our move, but have treated myself to the Pure version to get into again as we start 2019. I thought that it was a bit pricey when I first ordered it last year, but really it's worth it I'd say. I also emailed the team who made this to find out when the Pure version was coming out and got a lovely, personal, reply - it's nice to know that it's real people, and real nice people, behind it all. PLUS you get a free e-book emailed to you when you buy about the Golden Evening Routine. Nothing to lose, everything to gain xxx

I already bought three of these. It's been a great experience, and it has helped me to develop mindfulness. The weekly questions are a great way to have some time with myself. I always recommend this journal to my friends and family. As I mentioned, I am through my third diary and I am not planning to stop.

Ich nutze das 6-Minuten-Tagebuch inzwischen täglich und bin wirklich begeistert. Die kurzen, klaren Impulse am Morgen und Abend lassen sich ganz unkompliziert in den Alltag integrieren und helfen mir, den Fokus auf Dankbarkeit, positive Gedanken und persönliche Entwicklung zu legen – ohne Druck oder Überforderung. Besonders schön finde ich, dass man nicht viel schreiben muss, aber trotzdem viel für sich mitnimmt. Es hat mir geholfen, achtsamer mit mir selbst zu sein und bewusster auf die kleinen Dinge im Alltag zu schauen. This is my 3rd time buying. I have been using this journal for almost a year. I started during a really stressful and difficult period of my life. It really helped me to focus on a few things every morning and evening and to live in the present, be mindful about daily occurrences. It also helped me get rid of a few bad habits, limit my screen time at the beginning and the end of the day. It also provides extra information about phycology and habit formation. Thank you for this excellent product. Would recommend to anybody who has a lot of random thoughts scattered in their mind to help organizing and focusing on what's important.
