Light Grey Celtic coarse sea salt, 1 lb. bag - Pack of 2 by Celtic Sea Salt

My doctor has recommended me to use this salt for years. It does not increase the sodium in my body, but gives me the minerals that are needed. Good product

I love trying salt from all over the world. This is one of my favorites! It has great flavor & trace minerals, like salt i supposed to have. I use it for cooking & sometimes to make Sola water. It is high quality & is a good value. I put it in an old jelly jar for handy use, but it stores conveniently & stays dry in the resealable pouch! I have it delivered to my mom & she loves how versatile it is. She uses it to add to food after cooking, because she makes low salt food for my dad. She loves it, too.
