I bought this machine because it looked like it was just Microsoft Surface Pro but the battery did not work right out the box. The specs were very impressive but I read other people were having a lot of issues with these refurbished models. I contacted the seller and he refunded my money very quick. Microsoft no longer manufactures these units and another reviewer stated Microsoft doesn't really support them anymore either.

Computer works just fine, screen is in good shape. Only issue I have is it was listed as 'Excellent' condition yet the outer case which has the screen has dents in it. Not sure if this will affect it in the future but it should have been sold as 'Average' or 'Good' condition and priced accordingly

The 16 ran one was super good my came goood as new a small dent barely good see it and it come with 1660 Nivida ti max q dezine

The product came earlier than expected which was great. It's refurbished and the whole built quality looks like new which I was very happy to see. The screen quality is great nice and bright and colorful looks good undocked. So far everything is working as it supposed to and I'm happy with it. I use this to replace my desktop that was about 10 years old and I use unreal engine 4/5 . It gets a little hot when use intensely but it's keeping up with that dedicated graphics 1660 Ti. The fan will come on but it's so low you don't notice it.

I'm a "road warrior" and was looking for a well built, solid preforming Windows laptop. The Surface Book fit the bill. Great feeling keyboard, touch screen, and the ability to turn it into a tablet. I bought this as "renewed" for a $200 savings. It might as well been new! There is still plenty of time left on the warranty, and the battery health is only down 1% from new. Can't beat that! Bottom line, great value for what you get. A solid performer and a great discount!
