Note: in the product description above, it says that this has SPF. That is INCORRECT. This is a fabulous moisturizer, but it does NOT have SPF in it! Kind of important info to get right, Amazon! Ugh. Anyway.. My favorite thing. Seriously. Not chocolate, or bubble baths, or diamond jewelry. This. This is the decadent feeling self care thing I want to do all the time, for ALL time. I want this on my face 24/7. My whole body, If I could, honestly (I could, I guess, but it'd get expensive lol). I was one of those people who thought they didn't need to moisturize their face. But I started realizing my skin looked dull and haggard. I'm almost 40 and have 3 young kids. It's been a very stressful year. All the experts keep saying it's a good idea, so...I found a lot of lists of "Great Face/Skin Products" by dermatologists featured this. I was nervous to try because I'm extremely picky about textures. I can't stand most lotions. But the descriptions people gave kept pointing out it isn't greasy or sticky. So I gave it a go, they were right, and now I'm obsessed with it. It absorbs completely within a couple minutes. No weird texture left behind. Only the most clean, enjoyable scent lingers. My skin also looks 10 years younger and I've only used it about 2 weeks. Can't guarantee it will do that for everyone (everyone's skin needs are going to be different). But if I've learned anything from this it's that everyone does need to moisturize, even if just a bit. And it likely can't hurt since this doesn't clog pores or make your skin oily. Plus it smells SO GOOD. Kind of like a "clean" scent, with just a touch of the lightest jasmine undernote. Somehow, it feels super refreshing and relaxing at the same time. I really hope they never discontinue it or change it because I want to use this for the rest of my freakin' days lol

This Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel is one of the best moisturizers I’ve used! It’s super lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy feeling. I’ve been using this moisturizer for a few months now, and it really does hydrate the skin well. The size is quite small and the price is definitely on the higher side, but I assume that’s because of the quality and the fact that it’s a well-known dermatologist-recommended brand. What I don’t like is the smell. I had read about it in the reviews before purchasing but didn’t think it would be that noticeable — and it is. For a product at this price point and from this brand, you would expect a better fragrance, so I am not sure I’ll buy it again.

BACKSTORY: I was hesitant to buy this product because while my skin tends to respond well to hyaluronic acid moisturizers, the price was a little higher than I was used to spending and I'm cautious to not be taken in by flashy packaging when choosing effective skincare products. However, my fiance bought some for himself after a dermatologist recommended he change to Neutrogena products (he was using Cetaphil and it just wasn't working for him), and from the first application he was singing this product's praises! Once I bought myself a jar, I fully understood what he meant. PRODUCT DETAILS: This stuff is the bomb!! It's the only moisturizer I'll use before bed, and also the only one I've ever tried that leaves absolutely **zero** residue after soaking into my skin. No stickiness, no slickness, nothing. Just baby-soft, lightly scented skin. The fragrance is noticible, but I like it: it's not at all chemically, a little floral, and the scent doesn't stay super strong after applying. It fades in just a minute or two. Since I have oily skin and my fiance (who also uses this) has combination skin and it works so incredibly well on both of us, I absolutly recommend this product! Grab it when it goes on sale or just buy it as a treat for yourself. The jar lasts a while since a little goes a long way!

I have dry and sensitive skin and this stuff helped with that so much. It doesn't feel greasy or caked on after applying. It drys and leaves your skin baby soft. I haven't had any problems with it clogging pors. Will definitely buy again. There's also no smell it to.

To this day I have been at war with the slick, slippery grease trap known as my skin. No creams, oils, lotions or serums have been successful in holding my grease at bay. Whether it is hot or cold, windy or humid, my greasy skin ALWAYS prevails until now. I have been using this moisturizer consistently for about 10 months now and I have to say that it is the ONLY moisturizer that actually works!!!! I used to think that you shouldn’t moisturizer if you have greasy skin but Issa lie folks. If you have greasy skin you absolutely SHOULD moisturize as lack of moisturizer makes your skin panic and over produce oils. With that being said, this moisturizer is successful because it’s a water based gel and right after toner and serums, I apply it and my skin sucks it up and is left feeling supple and dewy, not oily and dry, it works really well for daytime and nighttime and is very hydrating and calming. Sometimes if I have chemical burns or irritations the moisturizer may sting a little because of the hyaluronic acid inside but after a few weeks your skin is more supple, soft and hydrated. 10/10 recommend this product. The only downside is that it’s actually really small because it’s like a small bowl within the blue container it comes in and I go through this moisturizer every three weeks. I would recommend this to other local greaseballs like myself in an effort to win the war against oily skin!

Ok, disclaimer: I was on Absorica (still isotretinoin but not quite as strong as the brand Accutane, which was discontinued in the U.S.). I was on it for 8 months, and the last 3 months I was at the max of 80mg for my body weight. This stuff combined with their serum saved my skin, no joke. I was told that my skin would peel and flake like crazy, and since I've done a lot of chemical peels and laser treatments in the past, I was bummed because I know my skin peels A LOT. I put this gel on every morning before applying my makeup (it absorbs very quickly) and used the serum most nights in the beginning (I didn't use it as much after the halfway mark because my skin was plenty hydrated from this and the hydrating (blue) micellar water I used to take off my makeup at night). I didn't peel or flake at all, and my skin feels baby soft! And I'm talking softer than before I began Accutane, which is crazy because it's like the most drying medication you can take. I will continue using this post-Accutane because who wouldn't want great, healthy skin every day? And it's non-comedogenic for those of you worried about it breaking you out. A LOT of the expensive brands of face moisturizers contain comedogenic ingredients that will clog your pores and cause breakouts if you're acne-prone (I did a lot of scrolling through ingredient lists lol). This one seems pricey, but it's worth every penny and lasts about 6-7 months with daily use! Just please give it a try! If you're really worried about dry skin, maybe try their extra-dry formula.

Estoy encantada con mi compra, te deja la piel ultra suave e hidratada, se siente desde el primer contacto, hasta hoy llevo 4 días usándolo y mi cutis ha mejorado bastante, es increíble la rapidez con la que actúa. Yo tengo piel grasa y me sirve mucho para las mañanas ya que estoy muy activa y expuesta al sol. Lo uso después de aplicar mi jabón limpiador Avēne, el cual también recomiendo demasiado, este producto reseca un poco la piel ya que te hace una limpieza extrema, pero al usar el HidroBoost de Neutrogena, es el complemento perfecto porque compensa esa resequedad y mi rostro queda limpio e impecable, después de estos dos agrego mi agua termal, mi crema hidratante y bloqueador solar, son los complementos perfectos de todo cuidado facial. No sé arrepentirán de comprarlo, huele delicioso, muy fresco, rinde bastante ya que son una solo una toma cubres tu cara bastante bien, aparte el precio es súper accesible para un producto dermatológico. La paqueteria tardo solo dos días, lo pedí un domingo y llegó martes, perfectamente empacado sin rayones o falta de producto, lo pedí junto a otros productos de limpieza facial. Excelente, es maravilloso.

I have issues with my skin due to illness & being steroid dependant I've tried pretty much everything to ease the dryness & it's not worked THIS DOES!!!!! It's not greasy like a cream doesn't sit on the surface it really goes into your skin I've really noticed a difference & a couple of people have commented on how nice my complexion is I'm 46 so I'm tackling middle age & health issues I'm now going to buy the night time product
