I had no dislikes about this order or product. I just needed a few plugs not a 20 pack or the tray. I cannot stand having to presoak or anything like that, that method has too many things that can go wrong with right at the start of it all if your inexperienced. However this product, comes already presoaked or premoistened in the necessary solutions for you, all you have to do is pop your seed or seedling, dome it and watch those roots sprout from everywhere in no time. The new ones has a different texture and the seeds aren't sprouting inside them.I'm glad they have this kind, I will def buy more
