Would this work for other brand headlamps that take AAA batteries?

It didn't fit my Petzl Tactikka + RBG Headlamp purchased in 2017.

How many mah does this have? does it store more power than 3 regular aaa batteries?

It's going to be about the same as 3 regular (duracell coppertop) AAA batteries. 1250mAH@3.6V vs 1.2Wh @100mA for the regular batteries. It's a little complicated as one person answered because the voltage drop depends on both the current draw and time. It's not linear for either battery type. Note that the PETZL rechargeable weights the same as 2 regular AAA's, not 3, so there's an advantage there.

What size charger is correct for this battery? My 5v samsung charger has been almost 2 hours i do not want to damage it.

That should be no problem, especially if the battery is very low. It just uses an Android charger like yours and can sometimes take 4 or 5 hours to charge fully.

Is this compatible with petzl - tikka headlamp, 200 lumens ?

If it says it can take the petzl core, but I'm not entirely sure
