Only seven microphones work number 8 was Crush and it's not working so I don't know what y'all can do about that

Mic system is powerful and clear performance

My organization recently hosted a national conference with about 250 attendees. Rather than rent equipment from the hotel, and because we would have future use for them, we instead bought the TW880 wireless microphones and 8-channel receiver. The conference ran for four days, and I would say these microphones worked okay but they were far from flawless. All eight microphones worked solidly during initial sound checks at the hotel. But in a ballroom of 250 people and 250 mobile phones the microphones did not fare so well. All the mics suffered occasional brief but distracting drop-outs and digital distortion and noise. Changing microphone frequency at the few chances I had did no good that I could discern, and I have to say that changing mic frequency and pairing to the receiver on the fly (especially when you have to cycle power on the receiver to do it!) is the last thing I need to deal with while the show is playing to a full house! So we were reduced to swapping microphones which also made no discernible difference but at least it was less of a diversion. Under those complex, dynamic, and transient circumstances a rigorous in-situ root-cause study is of course a practical impossibility. Shoot from the hip and hope for the best is no way to run a show. Wireless microphones *need* to be 100% rock-solid *immune* to nearby mobile phone RFI for any serious application, and these mics fall short, it's as simple as that. I was the senior engineer at an electromagnetic effects laboratory at a defense contractor for 12 years; and before that I was a sound engineer at a theater, a music studio, and two radio stations; so I know all too well of what I speak.

Bought for our band for use in live performances. Only have item for 2 weeks and use for rehersal (once) and (1) live show. Worked flawlessly so far. Great..sound & range with zero dropouts so far. All mics were tested for operation upon arrival and seem to work fine. Each mic automatically connected to receiver once turned on. Have not tried changing frequencies yet and only used 3 ( of 8) mics during live show so far. Note: Also ordered 24-pack rechargeable batteries and 16- space charger. Will update as I get more usage over time.

The microphones don't work well if your at a distance of more that 30ft, I had a disaster experience as I was providing the sound and mics to a client for a live concert, and these let me down big time.
