These grips are a great investment for anyone who does CrossFit or gymnastics training. They provide excellent grip on the bar, help protect my hands from tears and blisters, and feel very comfortable during long workouts. The material is durable, easy to put on, and stays secure while training. They have definitely improved my performance and confidence during pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and other bar exercises. Highly recommended!

I purchased the JerkFit Raw Grips 3.0 in medium based on their sizing chart, and the fit was absolutely perfect! I've been using them for pull-ups and dead hangs, and what a difference they make! Much less pain and discomfort in my palms, allowing me to focus more on my workout instead of worrying about my hands. The grips provide a nice layer of protection without feeling bulky, and the adjustable wrist straps keep them comfortably in place. I also love how simple and practical the design is. They're easy to put on and take off, and they feel comfortable while gripping the bar.

So far so good. Haven't had any issues while using it for deadhangs and monkey bars. Your fingers are free to move around unlike wearing gloves that eventually get moist and warm and sticky. I like that it isn't too thick for it to get in the way while gripping. It doesn't diminish your grip strength, instead it enhances it. The padding helped protect my palm blisters from getting worse. If you have sweaty palms like me, I still put on liquid chalk because the feel of leather makes my hands sweat quickly. The leather looks durable. Hope it'll last.

Been using this grips for 2 month now mostly for pullups. Pros: perfect grip, fits the hand comfortably, easy to put on and off as needed, hands don't get sweaty, nice leather feel. Cons: doesn't fully protect from calluses caused by the pull-up bar - which I was really buying it for. Decided to keep anyway as it's better than gloves and better than nothing.

I needed this for pull ups at the gym. I was getting calluses and have poor grip strength. I didn’t really have to break them in. I have had them for a week now making it much easier to grip the bar and no longer bursting my hands. Sizing was easy and fit well after following instructions with palm measurement. Pros: quality, versatile with other machines, easy to put on. Thick enough for comfort. Who should buy it

Just got in and really excited to use them. Leather is soft and grips felt really comfortable while breaking them in.

The grips are comfortable and offer more protection than expected. I followed the sizing guidelines for a Small, and the fit is spot on. Although their wrist support is less than ideal, the interior leather is soft with just enough thickness to provide decent palm cushioning. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the exterior suede is very disappointing. Straight out of the packaging, the suede was already fraying and shedding black debris everywhere. As a former gymnast, I’m looking for high-quality protective grips like the ones that served me so well in my youth, but these didn’t hit the mark. I appreciate supporting a small, family-owned business, so I’m hoping I just received a lemon or a stray return. I’m willing to give JerkFit another shot though—perhaps their vegan leather version will be better.
