This is a wonderful adapter for my tripod to art box. It is long enough to give adjustment(s) forward and back to get the balance correct for my paint box in the field.

Works great and it is sturdy.
I needed this for a smaller focal length lens that I want to use for filming videos, works great.

Good but could be better
A bit longer that I need for a DLSR mount but it works. They lose a star as it only included 1 screw and 2 are needed to stabilize it on the mount. Though even with 2, there is still some movement.
