Good Quality Item and Great Support Team
The computer performs well, especially for its size. The support team was very helpful when we had an issue, helping us solve everything. They were very responsive and helpful. The computer is used in demanding production environments and continues to serve us well.

Great as media pc
I got this running 24/7 for a media pc. I like that it comes preloaded with windows 11 so you don't have to upgrade it yourself. If you do windows updates it can take half a day if not longer. The 1 gripe is the wifi network connection seems really slow. Next to another computer in the same location this one is just way slower. However I am ultimately only using it for media so it will be on Ethernet. You can install remote desktop and use it headless. Running minimal programs it runs fine. A bit warm but nothing concerning. And it is very quiet. Has all functions needed like a larger computer. Good value so far.

Great Value for the price.
I was looking for a home PC to replace my MacBook laptop. MacBook is from 2015 so it was running very slow and out of date. I know I have options to update it but I was looking to switch to windows. I work in IT so I was very surprised to see the specs for the price. I also found a discount code to use which made it more convincing. The computer started up right away. Very minimal set up and quick log in. I love that it came with word and excel included. I was a huge apple fanboy but my work uses windows and I have gotten more adjusted to window settings and capabilities. Plus this one came with 1Tb of storage! Photos app on windows made it super easy to offload pictures from my iPhone. The design and look is nice and aligned with a windows computer. I feel overall quality is a solid 8/10. I am mostly using for expense tracking and email. No noise at all from this unit. And the built in fan comes in handy if I ever decide to overwork it.
