Great Folding Table!
I purchased this so that I would have an area in my small washroom to fold clothes. The table was easy to install. I installed it myself. It came with a small level reader, screws, and anchors (including heavy duty ones). I love the fact that it’s a soft drop down when not in use, so as not to cause pulling of base from wall where it is installed. It was the perfect size to suit my needs. Good quality. Decently priced. I would purchase again.

I see multiple uses for this gold down shelf!
Be aware that this is set to mount on 18” wall studs, not 16”. That is really the only complaint I have. It is very sturdy and a nice width for folding clothes in the laundry room.

Well Made/Works as Described
Well made and functions as described. (We were able to install directly into wall studs which added to finished sturdiness.)

The Product is good. The anchors are not.
There is nothing wrong with the product itself but the instructions are laughable and the drywall anchors are grossly inadequate. The instructions, and the video, show the table being "magicly" held up in the air while the installer marks the holes, installs the anchors, and screws it in....NOT! Even with a 2nd person the task is daunting. Don't even try to use the supplied drywall anchors. Go to the hardware store and get either 1/2 inch wide screw in plastic anchors, or 1/4 inch butterfly anchors. Its up now and I'm not worried about it falling out of the wall.

Great for laundry!
Easy to install and works perfectly in a small laundry area. Using to fold clothes on and then just fold the table down when not in use.

Use your own dry wall anchors
Good solid shelf. Use a good quality dry wall anchor because the ones included are less than desirable. Shelf and brackets themselves are great.

Not functional
The table is nice however the brackets & screws are not strong enough to hold the table. Before we even had it completely mounted to the wall, the side that was in the stud had already started to push into the wall. Also, trying to get the screws screwed into the bracket is very difficult because there isn’t space for the drill. Returning for a refund

Folds flat against the wall. Easy to raise and lower. Rounded corners are great. Love this product.
