VALRHOMA Cocoa Powder. If 10 stars was a rating possibility, I would gladly give 10 stars. This cocoa powder gives my baked goods a richer chocolate favor as well as a deeper chocolate color. My grammy's (born 1901) chocolate cake recipe was always my favorite of any cake I've ever tasted and I received many compliments over 50 years of making her cake. However, using Valrhona Cocoa Powder has given it a richer deeper taste. I never thought grammy's could be improved upon...Valrhona proved me wrong, grammy's cake is now the best it can be. I highly recommend Valrhona Cocoa Powder. I believe in it so much I sent some to my friend 2000 miles away from me.

This is by far the best cocoa powder out there, and it really elevates the quality of any of my baked goods that call for natural cocoa powder. I’m happy to give people my recipes but I always warn them that if they want the same results they need to use this product! I didn’t even used to like things like chocolate cake because they often just taste muddy. Chocolate cake tastes chocolatey when I use Valrhona.

No wonder many of the best chefs in the worls use this cocoa. Doesn't get much better. I use it for hot chocolate and it has such amazingly rich depth of flavor. Highly recommend.

Disclaimer: I'm not a huge chocolate fan. There are times when I'm craving something chocolate, but I tend not to make that many chocolate desserts. However, this stuff right here...will have you only wanting to make chocolate desserts. The flavor of this cocoa powder is unmatched to anything else. I can never buy anything else because it just doesn't compare to the flavor of Valrhona. I will happily spend the $15-17 for a can anytime I need it. I've made hot fudge sauce that has the most amazing flavor, I could literally eat it with a spoon. Chocolate cakes taste amazing, and brownies become incredibly decadent!

A couple years ago, I realized that if I wanted to get more seriously into baking, I needed better quality ingredients, and thanks to Amazon, I can expand my horizons beyond my local grocery story and the big box brands. This had great ratings, so I thought I'd give it a try. Now, my husband likes everything I cook or bake, but even he noticed an uptick in flavor when I switched to Valrhona brand. Everyone raved about my brownies this year thanks to this divine cocoa. Just a note for any other dunderheads like me, I could not--for the life of me--figure out how to get the lid on this box. It came popped off (though the container was sealed) so I had no frame of reference, but it would not sit in place no matter what I did. Then it popped off in the cupboard, and, since it was on the top shelf, I asked my husband to fish it out, and then inverted the lid and--SNAP! It does not go on the way you think, ha! So if the lid isn't locking, flip it! It's the one time it's okay to flip your lid. ;)

Delivery was great. Chocolate was pretty good but no different than Hershey I thought. Too expensive for what it is.

Shipping was fast. Package was good. Cocoa powder as described. Good quality. Perfect for any drinks.

Love this cocoa powder. Much more flavorful than what you can buy in grocery store.
