Yes, it allows from a 5 second to a 240 second delay

Is there a blocking feature for specific emails? ( example: family member starts spamming frame. Sending too many photos on a regular basis. )

Yes, you can set it so you have to approve before it is loaded on the frame.

Can the frame travel and change wifi?

Yes, the frame can be moved from location to location and you can connect it to a new wifi network at the new location. If you bring it back to the old location it will remember the wifi password and automatically reconnect.

Can you export pictures from the frame? does it support usb?

No. The ports don't do anything. They have an annual subscription that allows you to export the photos. Or you can request people cc your normal email, which is what I do.

Does not work

So disappointed. I set this up before gifting to my mother in law for her birthday. When I gifted it to her and turned it on, it was all but a black screen. Tried resetting but nothing is working. It was very expensive so not happy with how it is (not) working.

After charging for several hours and downloading the app, the frame shows the word Skylight then goes blank. I have asked for a refund. Very disappointed.
