Edit: I’m changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. The seller reached out to me to offer a replacement after I shared my initial experience. I took their offer, and I quickly received my replacement. The first one I received took about 90 minutes to assemble; the replacement took maybe 20. The slots aligned perfectly and no power tools were needed. Personally, I will add glue in the slots to prevent separation, but it seems snug even without glue. Very nice! Original: I purchased this display case as a Christmas gift. I helped the recipient assemble the case, and I had to extend the holes on the base and the top using my electric drill. We will also need to use glue to secure the top and bottom because it currently does not sit level. It looks nice, it will suit the purpose fine, and the overhead light looks neat, but assembly is a nightmare.

Updated review: I've updated my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars now, because of the customer service and product were both great. AZEYN contacted me for more details and photos of what had happened and sent me a replacement. The replacement item was perfect this time. All the pieces fit and I had no issues with assembly. My advice is to use the provided gloves and dust towel to make sure you don't get any finger prints on the plexiglass (it attracts dust due to all the static from ripping off the protective film). My only recommendation would be to add some sort of cord organization so that you can hide the light power cord. Or maybe an option for a black background. Thanks again for the great customer service! Original review: The display itself looks pretty good and the internal frosted light is a nice touch. The issue I ran into was with the stands. The pre-drilled holes were too narrow for the plexiglass inserts to go into. The pegs that should fit snug into the wood, would crack and break off. If those holes were a half a mm longer, it would be perfect.

Went together easily, seems sturdy but I would suggest lifting by the base (not the sides), looks nice, will display my items well. I may glue the pieces in the future for added strength. It's cheap, I wouldn't display my Stradivarius in it, but it's good for some common collectibles. The light up top is nice, the little battery powered light strip was worthless. The gloves and cleaning cloth were unnecessary and the mini deadblow hammer was a bit over the top. I'd rather it be a little cheaper without the excess items I listed and have an option to buy that stuff in a kit. I may buy another and I'll get all that garbage included in the next one. Also, I really hate buying things made in Chynah.

I was hesitant to order this because of some of the reviews about it being hard to assemble or breaking. I am NOT a patient or handy person by any means and I had no problem putting this together. Love the wood detail, lights seem to be working (will update if that changes), and displays my Hirono figures perfectly. Simple, clean aesthetic.

This broke within MINUTES of my attempt of assembling. Not sure where these positive reviews are coming from this is beyond cheaply manufactured so disappointed

The lights stopped responding to the remote, but Amazon replaced it asap. The build is easy and quality good. Just wish it wouldn't have malfunctioned only after a few weeks. But again, I'll be buying another one soon, because of quality and support

UPDATED REVIEW: The owners of this specific Storefront go above and beyond to make you satisfied with your purchase! They went out of their way and apologized and sent a replacement. Excellent Customer Service and I 100000% recommend them over other Sellers. Perfect size for Space Mollys! It was really easy to put together, no problems with directions, and all the pieces fit together perfectly. My only issue was that there was a huuuge scratch on the front. For $50+ I definitely didn’t expect that, so I had to deduct a star for that. Also the plug is constantly falling out, so the light won’t stay on. I’ve tried pushing it in, but it won’t seem to go all the way… I don’t know if that’s another defect, or if everyone’s is like that, so I had to take another star for that.

Bin sehr zufrieden, gute Qualität für den Preis. Dazu eine gute Beleuchtung, wobei eine Abstufung der Helligkeit nicht schlecht gewesen wäre, da es bei Dunkelheit schon etwas zu hell Beleuchtet ist. Die Lage des Beleuchtungskabels ist, zusammen mit dem Lichtschalter auch ein wenig ungünstig gelegen. Hier empfiehlt sich ein Zeitschalter oder Fernbedienung an der Steckdose. Und beachten, dass ein USB Anschluss gebraucht wird. Die Frontscheibe sitzt auch etwas lose in den Führungsschienen, sodass die geringste Berührung sie schon verschiebt, etwas fester wäre schön gewesen aber nicht zwingend störend.

Looks great. Was easy to Put together. Bigger then I was expecting and little light string is very nice, white glow is sweet. I use it for Star wars the Vintage collection figures, I use double sided tape to keep them standing in place.

The 5 tier display case looked like a perfect option for my daughters funko pops. It was fairly easy to put together, but the spaces in the wood for the acrylic sheets to insert into was very very tight... slightly mis-aligned. The little plastic mallet that comes with it was useless, so I gently used a rubber mallet from home to tap them in. The tiers were easy to put together. Once the tiers were inside the box we immediately found that there is very little space between the top tier of the riser and the roof of the case so her funko-pops were too tall to fit. The images on this posting are a little deceiving as I thought they would fit just fine in this size case. The tier steps are also a little narrow, but the stickers that come with the case help keep the dolls we could fit in there from falling off so that was good. We love the lighting it's great, a nice soft white, not overly bright, and the sliding front panel to get in and out works perfectly. Do wish the cable for the light did not hang down the back and was visible through the acrylic, but a little hot glue in spots might help lift and hold the cable out of the way. A week after having the case up I noticed that the sides of the case had bowed and the top corners had cracked! I guess the tight fit was not meant to be that tight. The pressure has even cased the light casing in the top to start to pop out! Not happy with my first purchase of this display case and will be returning. Side note: I did end up buying the larger 6 tier display case ((6 Tier L 19.7*12.6*16.5in 50×32×42cm) and it works perfectly all around! Big and tall enough for funko-pops, plenty of room for more, and this time the case went together much more easily than the 5 tier. I do not expect what happened with the 5 tier case to happen with the 6 tier case. (I hope). I would recommend this case as it does look good when all put together, but be careful what size case you get. Make sure your display items will fit as you would like them to in the size of case your purchasing. If when putting the case together it seems too tight, it probably is. I would return it and get a new one or you might find the sides bow & crack like mine did.
