I ordered the elliptical machine and as soon as I got it, I read the directions and started using it. I love it. It is quiet (as advertised ). It is easy to use and I can program it at the speed and function as I want . I don't like to exercise, but I can sit and read or watch TV and I don't have to think about it, just plug it in , start it and put my feet on the pedals And I am exercising !!! Thank you.

Surprisingly comfortable and easy to use It is quiet and comes with a remote to easily change settings If you working in an office and sit behind a desk all day, Elderly, Going through rehabilitation or Overweight and looking to get some movement then I highly recommend giving this a try. It is great for promoting circulation and the motorized feature makes you feel like you are cheating on exercising! Something I was unsure of having a size 13 foot is if the pedal platform would be big enough. There is plenty of room and would fit a size 14 or larger. The heel end of the pedal does not have a lip around the edge so you could probably use it comfortably if your food was even larger then mine.

Make sure it's balanced and you are positioned, correctly. Use this sitting on a couch like I first did, and you ask for trouble. I thought I was going to lose the use of my right hip a day after using. Many months later I decided to try again. This time from a recliner. Much better. Even worked up a mild sweat in the lowest setting. Seeing as how I received a very large discount, I guess I can recommend it. One thing: no instructions in reasonable detail on how to lubricate. Update: It seems, since this has sealed bearing(s), no need to open it up. Just coat the platform grooves where the wheels travel. No significant noise or feeling from friction points when using. So I will updrade my review to 4.
