How much cream in a pump? 1/4 teaspoon, or what if not? Or ml size in a pump?

The lotion is .05oz per pump which is about 1/3 of a teaspoon. Each pump contains 25mg of bioidentical Pregnenolone.

Is this pregnenolone USP pharmaceutical grade?

Great question. Yes, it is... Bioidentical Pregnenolone USP, pharmaceutical grade.

if the dose is absorbed five times more than oral, why is the dose twenty five mg? How much pregnenolone does a healthy young person produce in a day?

I am almost 55 yrs old, so I use one pump a day, helps with menopause symptoms, i.e. hot flash's, mood swings, energy. If you are younger and just want to have a little reassurance, then a 2-5 times a week makes sense to me; but you should ask the contact people that make this stuff. Blood tests are the best way to tell how your many hormones are doing. I use pregnenolone, because it is a pre cursor hormone and hopefully divides up whatever is needed to the other one's, i.e. estrogen, testosterone and progesterone. as well as a few others. Hope this helps.
