Tastes like regular ramen but lower in fat. Great substitute.

Love the Pork flavor. There are a very small amount of noodles but the taste and fact it's preservative free brings me back. I've ordered the pork flavor 3 different times and then stopped because 2 out of the 3 orders they sent me the wrong flavor.

I have bought Mike's Pork Tonkotsu for years. Now when I try to reorder, Amazon brings up Pork Bone Broth. I fell for it once, but it's not the same product. The Bone Broth is a lot more bland. I see Mike's marketing materials bragging about "bone broth," by I am not impressed if bone broth means less flavor. I won't be buying again.

So first off the bat, the Ramen Noodles are much better quality than any of the Top Ramen you normally find. Which is good because you're paying a premium price. There are two broth packets. One dry seasoning and one Oil. The broth is very tasty. Very rich. I really like it. One thing that REALLY stands out in the seasoning packets is that it contains dried garlic. I will find a decent amount of garlic in my broth, which personally I like. The Noodles are pretty good. Definitely better than any of the Top Ramen or any other competitor I've had. What I will say though is that there aren't many. This is quite a bit smaller than what I would get in Top Ramen, so while the price is good, I can't say the same about size. So for that I knocked 1 star off for the price. Overall this is my second set of 6 from them (I've tried both the Tonkatsu and Chicken) and they are both very good!

I really love Mike's Mighty Good Ramen. The noodles are more textural than other brands. The flavors are more nuanced. The combination of the noodles and the flavor profile is pleasing. Even so, I always tweak the ramen to make it more interesting. I add additional sodium (Kosher salt), some Cholula Hot Sauce, maybe an extra drizzle of Sesame Oil. The cooking method is different for this ramen and a bit of patience is required. You must add boiling water then let them sit for 6 minutes. I usually heat them for 30 seconds in the microwave after the "steaming" is done.

This has very little flavor, and there are no vegetables in it, even though the pictures show them all with them. Cooked it exactly as specified on package, and the ramen noodles were tough and chewy, and stuck together. Save your money and buy a quality product! Came as a six pack, tried one and threw the rest of them in the trash. Ridiculous for the amount of money they charge for this.

The quality seems good, and I like the idea of the oil packet, they simply have no taste. Very bland. I purchased a case of chicken and a case of the pork. I will simply have to take their word for what the flavors are supposed to be as I was unable to tell by the taste. I added some Asian soup mix to them to spice them up a bit which made them palatable but I will not be purchasing again. I can honestly say the cheaper brands taste much better.

My mom lives in assisted living. They have a cafeteria, but sometimes she doesn't feel like going there 3 times a day. So, I buy her this ramen. She uses her electric teapot to heat up the water and make the ramen. It's easy for her, and she loves it.
