We moved into a 1960s bungalow with an unfinished concrete basement. The previous owners had done some work in the basement and had two areas of concrete patched that, if swept with a broom or rubbed with a bare hand, just disintegrated into sand. We investigated concrete sealers and felt we needed a penetrating sealer, specifically. Of the two patches, one was about 5" wide and the width of a door frame. The other was about 18" square and actually had a deep crack down the centre. No chipping, however. After the first coat of Miracle Sealants 511QT6 511 Impregnator Sealer left overnight, the problem was solved. We put 3 coats in total, 24 hours apart, just to be safe. We only used perhaps half (16 oz) of the 32 oz bottle. We are so happy with the result.

Muy fácil de aplicar y en realizad proteja muy bien el mármol. To mismo lo aplique y fue muy sencillo el proceso y después de tres dias, hicimos la prueba con agua, y de verdad lo sella muy bien.
