This product is definitely worth the money. I’m from the Bronx, I be missing the old days of retro consoles and buying them and old games is too expensive. This little psp/switch lite sized device is perfect for emulating older systems and runs them smoothly. In the setup they have a bunch of emulators to pre install so the main thing you gotta do is download emulators and assign the folders. But not only is it good at emulating it even works well with regular android apps and you can even download Netflix and all those other streaming apps because it’s an android as well as connecting Bluetooth speakers or controllers. Screen quality is super clear and crispy and the size makes it easy to take with you. I truly recommend this device to anyone wanting to play older games and buy it here before they sell out cuz on their actual website it takes way longer to deliver

I finally found the Dream Handheld I was searching for. I started at the bottom, getting a 4K Ultra HD Game Stick to plug into my Smart TV. Then I worked my way up the ladder, R36 Max, TRIMUI SMART PRO, and the RG40XX H, always wanting more. Then I purchased this sweetie. It helped a lot that I did have all that experience of working my way up the ladder; fine tuning installed emulators, downloading more, and downloading and transferring games from other micro SD cards to put in those emulators (GEMINI helped a lot!). The screen is gorgeous, the joysticks are phenomenal, and the system is very easy to navigate. There are no pre installed games, but you can emulate PS2, N64, DreamCast, PSP, GameCube, and all the lesser systems. And also download and play Android and modded Android games. The only thing I had to do was to purchase a grip for ease of use with my big hands. I am absolutely and totally in love with this system.

The Retroid Pocket 5 device is amazing. With the Snapdragon 865, it's powerful enough to play up to PS2, Dreamcast and most 3DS games. Dpad feels amazing. Setup is a little complicated but if you know Android, then you'll be fine. The buttons feel great and clicky. It is compatible with android games in general. Plays great.

Love my retroid pocket 5. Its my first android handheld. Its great for playing those old games from your childhood. Plus some switch and PC games. Would definitely recommend this to any gamers. Of course it takes sometime to set up since it doesn't come preloaded. After a few short YouTube videos it wasn't to bad to set-up. Loving my experience so far with it.

Snapdragon 865 is a very capable piece of tech in 2026 for retro gaming

Great screen and quality hardware. It is a bit cramped to use the joysticks as they are very close to the edges of the device. Battery life is decent for light to moderately heavy games. Does well for emulating up to ps2. For running steam games it can run them but with limited internal storage and no UHS for sd cards, they cannot run with external storage.

Works well. Has modes for performance. Plays most PS2 games pretty well. GameCube is honestly where it’s at for this system. If you’re wanting to play anything more intense you wont be able to. Gets about 35 fps on average playing nfs ug for GameCube

I used this for a few months while waiting for my Thor then gave it to my nephew. I like my Thor better but i miss this. It fits great in the hand, and the sticks feel better than the Thor. The screen also looks nicer in my opinion. Can easily play PS2 games and even played some steam games on it.

Charges quickly and could play up till switch (less demanding titles) without issues. Only complain is the ergonomics due to the way the control sticks are positioned. Easy to travel with.

No me esperaba tanto y quede muy sorprendido, la uso en un 90% para jugar PS2 y lo hace muy bien, si no eres tan bueno usando emuladores como yo bastará con un par de videos
