Great mugs, one big flaw
Sublimated beautifully and the packaging was 5-star but the cork coasters would not stay on nearly half of the mugs. Pretty frustrating.

I really love this mugs with the added lid and Cork Coaster. Sublimation works beautifully and they make great presents. A bit pricy but worth it!

Not sure what happened with the people that are saying they don’t work. I have no complaints as of yet. I like the idea of it having a built in coaster and a lid for when you’re on the go. I haven’t drank out of it as I made it as a gift so I will update the review if there’s any issues with the lid/wear on the coaster piece.

Every mug was bad
Every mug in the box failed! Not impressed! Not one sublimated even close to being acceptable. All came out barely showing the image. I tried different heat, time and pressure. Not a good brand of mugs
