Excellent USB WiFi adapter
Works very well. Connected to a USB 3.9 port on my PC I'm getting 951mbps down and 973mbps up on my 1gb unternet connection through a TP-Link BE800 router. Connecting by WiFi through the router, I get about 1200mbps between WiFi connected computers using this same adapter. Works for me!

Easy installation and works great
Easy installation. Download the drivers, plug it in to a 3.0 USB port, install the drivers, and "voila", you have increased your Wi-Fi connection speed a lot. Took less than 10-minutes. Speed is great. I needed to do this because I upgraded to 2 gig internet service and new eero pro 7's were provided. A couple of older computers couldn't take advantage of Wi-Fi 7 and new internet speed but adding this adapter fixed that.

Extremely Fast Unit
Small unit footprint and the wifi speeds on it are amazing. 600 mbps connection via Spectrum and my Ookla speedtest confirms that I'm able to download at/or above that speed. Removed a star because 3.2 10gbps support is spotty and I couldn't get it to work on a Asus Prime 470 Pro board usb 3.2 connector. Usb 3.0 works flawlessly though. Unit is also very sleek and compact, and having the foldable antennas gives you the option to keep is small or not.

yes, I recommend
great product with easy setup and clearly a strong connection. went from my old built-in Wi-Fi on a laptop of Wi-Fi 2.4 to this which gave me up to nearly 1,000 megs of speed.

Forget PCIE, this gives much better speed and range
My motherboard was not compatible with the pcie Wi-Fi 7 card so I bought this. After going to speedtest.net, I was blown away. How in the world does this USB Wi-Fi 7 adapter give me faster speeds then the Wi-Fi 7 pcie in my newer computer, which is closer to the router. My PC is in my walk-in closet that I have dubbed "Little Man Cave". Does my wife make fun of me for it? Absolutely. Anyways, back to the point. My Archer GE800 router sits in the living room, my newer PC about 15 ft away. My older computer from 2022 is on the complete opposite end of my 2400 square foot house in the master bedroom. My master bedroom has a hallway to a bathroom and walk-in closet wherein lies this little guy. I have two gig symmetrical fiber optic internet. Consistently this shows speeds between 1800 and 2200 symmetrical with very low latency or ping. Driver installation when hooking it up works perfectly fine, the update didn't seem to make much of a difference. So TLDR, buying this is a no-brainer. Whether you are upgrading with a Wi-Fi 7 router or any other possible reason, forget a pcie, just get this.

Unreliable but fast
I purchased this item in June of 2025; it had failed today, Jan 4, 2026. For the price, I expected at least one year of service. While it was working, it dropped connection constantly and had to be turned off in WI-FI settings before powering down my computer. If I restarted, turned off, or put my computer to sleep with this TP-Link adapter on, the computer would freeze. When it was working, it was lightning fast and worked well with streaming, off-site connections to other computers for work, professional video meetings, and simple LAN games with family, but I can probably get that for 1/4 the price.

Worth the price
Works way better than I thought it was going to basically triple my internet speed compared to my other adapter
