I’m happy with this heating pad. It heats up well and provides a nice, consistent warmth that feels great on sore or tired muscles. The heat lasts a respectable amount of time, so I can actually relax without constantly having to reheat it. The scent is also quite subtle and not at all overwhelming. It fits well over the area and stays comfortably in place, making it easy to use while sitting or relaxing. The coverage is just right for the neck and shoulder area, and the weight feels comfortable without being overly bulky. Overall, this is a simple product that does exactly what I wanted it to do. I have neck issues from cycling and often wake up very stiff and it’s hard to turn my head. I bought this for some moist heat to loosen up my neck and shoulders. It’s absolutely perfect! I love the loops and the long size, so I can drape it around my neck and not have to hold it there. I leave it on while walking around and doing other things. And it’s got a little weight to it, so it feels great and stays put. There is a light lavender scent, that is pleasant, but not overpowering. This isn’t a medical grade heat pack so it doesn’t get super hot or last super long. But it does provide nice moist heat for about 15 minutes and feels really good. The fabric is very soft and cozy. I think the warmth would be great too for people who live in cold climates.

Works great. Heats up easily and fast. It also holds heat for a bit. It tends to get cold after 20 to 30 min. Leaves a lavender smell. To help soothe while it's on. I wish the heat stayed a while longer

It's well built with good stitching and I like that it has chambers that conform to the body's contours i.e. neck, legs, ankles etc... Wearing it now, the weight really helps it stay in place around my neck and distribute heat into the muscles. Glad I got it.

I love this heating pad! I'm having a lot of neck and shoulder tension during my pregnancy and this heating pad fits perfectly around my neck and sits exactly where I need it to on my shoulders. I have frozen shoulder and was looking for a heat pad that was long enough to wrap around my shoulder and would hold the heat. Was also looking for something that could heat up easily in microwave but not get too hot. This was exactly what I was looking for. It also smells like lavender when heated which helps me relax. I really like this heat pad and I’m glad I got it. It is perfect for my frozen shoulder to alleviate the pain and discomfort.
