Costyle Polarized Clip on Flip up Rimless Sunglasses Over Prescription Glasses for Men Women Driving Fishing Traveling

First let me mention, I ordered these on 2/13, and my estimated delivery date was 3/12-3/27. I was VERY happy to see these waiting in my mailbox on 2/24! They were also very well packaged, no possibility of damage here! OK, so as I said, if you deal with snow like I do (Michigan, especially this winter!), you will love these! When everything is that very dreary, dull, dark and hard to make out detail blue color due to the snow, these make it look like you are driving on a sunny day! I was truly amazed, so much to the point that I kept sliding them down to look over the top then back up again because the difference was so much. It takes out all the blue color but somehow makes all of the other colors brighter and more clarified. Yes, green colors change slightly, but you can still easily tell they are green. The tint is very light, but enough to be very effective. I have not had the opportunity to wear them at night yet, but even if that ends up not being a big improvement, I am going to gladly keep them for winter! Another nice note is that it has a spring loaded squeeze clip (think chip clip like) in the center so they easily clip on to your regular glasses, and have rubber grips that hold securely and won't scratch your lenses. I thought they would interfere with my vision, but that ended up not being the case at all. I barely even see them. yes, you may notice a slight weight change at first, but you are adding something on to your glasses, so no matter how light, you are going to notice it. But I quickly got used to it and had no further issues with it. One final note, be sure to measure your lenses to ensure that the night vision clip on at least covers your lenses! I could see it being very awkward and distracting if your lenses are not completely covered. My clip on goes past my glasses by about 1/2" on the outside and maybe 1/8" on the bottom, but I'm totally ok with that. Bottom line? You aren't going to win any fashion awards wearing these, but I'd rather be happier driving safely in bad weather than worrying about if someone likes my shades or not!

These are fantastic, fun and flexible! Fantastic as are polarized and cut out JUST RIGHT amount of light, if you want MAXIMUM reduction, these might not be for you, as I do NOT like reducing my vision too much when I drive. Fun as the first photo implies they are fun and just last two days I got about a half dozen compliments yet I've had these almost a year now! Flexible in that they not only flip all the way up or down but can leave in almost ANY ANGLE you want! This is REALLY helpful for some cars I am in the dash is quite dark when bright outside so can leave up a little to see dashboard yet get full sun protection! PLUS THE CLIP ON STYLE is the PERFECT kind, some other clipons I bought are not! These will fit virtually any kind of glasses from thinnest to thickest for which I had thin when I bought these but new prescription glasses are quite thick (think Buddy Holly style) and these still work well! Okay, so one very minor complaint, one of the four "rubber" (silicone?) protectors on the clip has come off and I lost it (found it first two times but pretty sure gone now) and if any way those can be stuck on better would be ONLY improvement I can suggest! These are great size as they fully cover my rather large prescription glasses to totally transform my look from Clark Kent in the office to Hell on Wheels outside! DEFINITELY WILL BUY again, maybe even soon just to have a spare in other car.

They fit well over my mid size glasses well, They work well give a cool polarized view. I have been using them daily and have no complaints. I admit when flipped open they look s little off

Had the opportunity to use these clip on aviator style over my metal framed prescription glasses today. I'm nearsighted and am required to wear them when driving. Clip on was a snap. Squeeze center clip, two "feet" extend, slip them over the frame, let go and the coated feet grab onto your lenses securely. One finger now flips them up or down. I drove to town with a crystal clear sky and the sun was directly overhead. We still have snow on the ground and with the glare and brightness, this was a perfect opportunity to test these out. After you get used to the color difference ( takes about a minute for your eyes to adjust) and flip up the yellow lenses, I IMMEDIATELY noticed how much glare and brightness was bouncing off the snow and into my eyes. Enough where you wanted to squint. I flipped the lenses down and was amazed at how much more comfortable and clearer my surroundings were. My eyes felt "relaxed" if there is such a thing. I live on a lake and KNOW these will be of great benefit when we're on the boat. I now understand why snowmobilers and skiers use these lenses. I'll give an update when I use them during rainy or night time conditions. But in snow and clear blue skies, these are fantastic in dampening down the glare and brightness. I had the opportunity to use them during rain and foggy conditions, and it certainly made a fantastic difference for me. I don't usually drive at night, so I still cant comment on it. After my experience, I bought a pair for my husbands glasses. He cant say enough good things about them. He too was amazed at the difference it made for him. He does a lot of driving( 30,000+ miles a year)for business. He suffers from Glaucoma, Both forms of macular degeneration and intra-ocular eye pressure and wearing these over his prescription glasses has caused less stress and he says his eyes feel "less tired" after driving for long periods........and that's a good thing.

I recently relocated to Sacramento, CA from Virginia. I was not prepared for how bright the sun is here and I could not locate a pair of sunglasses suitable for California sun until I found this product. Since I wear prescription glasses for driving, I wanted a pair of 'shades' to flip-up or down. This pair easily fit on my Rx glasses. They do not appear as clip ons when using them. The rubber coated brackets easily slide over your glasses. When I flip up the sunglasses it is noticeable but hidden by the cap I usually wear . These clip-ons are actually not only polarized but have tac aspects as well since they remove glare. ------- REVISED REVIEW: 27 June 2018: After wearing these clip-ons since my purchase from Amazon in January 2018, it's now summer in CA. I noticed these lenses take scratches and the mirror finish dulls as if tarnished. In addition, the rubber caps which go over the plastic clips to hold the shades to Rx glasses easily come off ( they should have been permanently fixed to the plastic)---I have lost one already. I am now back at Amazon looking for something better. I usually wait to post my reviews so I apologise to readers for being rather hasty with my first appraisal. All reviews should honestly evaluate a product. It would be helpful if the manufacturer would correct these minor flaws, but until then, I must look elsewhere.

Those glasses are complete crap. I purchased the black version which worked pretty fine for about two months of light use. Then I decided to order another set - this one for when I am driving during the night. That is when the black set broke completely. Actually it didn't break but fall a part. I.e. It completely disassembled into three independent parts. It took me a while to figure out how to put it together so it will stay together but in 5 minutes they were back to normal. I was happy I was having my shades back. My happiness didn't last long: a week later it happened again. After that it took 2 days and then shorter and shorter time. At the end of the third month I was assembling them 3-4 times a day. this is when I retired them and I took my 4 years old, scratched shades and threw those away. I thought I had a bad batch or something, the new yellow (night vision) version seemed pretty durable to me. I've used them probably 4 times in the first month but as the days become shorter here in south California, I started using them more and more . on the second month - I got the spontaneous dis-assembly problem with this one as well. Those clip-ons are complete waster of your money. If you can drive while searching the car floor for the pieces and are able to assemble them with one hand while driving without looking at them, than you probably should purchase them. Otherwise STAY AWAY FROM THOSE. the three pieces are held together by two notches of soft plastic which goes away after short time and then you end up with a piece of junk that cannot be put together of if you can, you cannot keep it together for too long. I purchased my other set 4 years ago and aside from messed up pads and major wear and tear due to long usage, they lasted for 4 years. this one - doesn't last 4 weeks. I would never buy those again. When buying, zoom-in and check whether the clip mechanism is out of plastic and if it is, DON'T BUY - RUN AWAY.
