Worth every penny, saves me a lot of money! Easy to change the filters. My bill would be a lot higher if the water company had to come out. Drinking water is great.

This water filter replacement cartridges fit perfect. Each cartridge was wrapped in plastic and packaged nicely. The install process was super easy with no leaks. I would recommend releasing water pressure before starting the install.

The company I originally purchased my Pro-Q 550 reverse osmosis filter system no longer carries the brand, so they've stopped selling replacement filter kits, too. I was very happy to see this replacement kit available at such a good price. The twist on/twist off method used with these filters made the replacement a snap, and before I knew it, the system was back to providing a ready supply of good, clean water. The quality of the filters is identical to the original equipment manufacturer's filters.

We have used these several times for the drinking water tap in our home. Works great for our CPAP machines. We also refill our dogs’ water bowl with this filtered water. It helps to reduce eye tear staining and discharge. Also, we send this water through our fridge (which also has a water filter in it) and between both of them, many guests to our home have commented on how good our water tastes!

They work great

Problem is that they sell this as a full package with membrane that doesn’t need to be changed every time. They don’t offer package without it. I haven’t seen any instructions with this set either, but just took picture of the order and placed them in the same spot

I’ve bought these twice before and changed them myself. This time, as soon as I turned the system back on, it no longer worked. Not thinking that it might have been the filters, I tried every video fix I could find, but water would not flow through the filters. I even bought a new RO tank, thinking maybe the bladder was not working. I understand the importance of placing the filters not only in the right order, but the right position to ensure that it works perfectly. Therefore, before my first filter change, I took pictures of the proper order. I even Tried reinstalling the main filter backwards, but still no water would come through. With so many removals, I ended up weakening the copper pipe that is attached to the system-it’s in a very tight space and awkward to get to-causing a leak. I had to resort to calling in a plumber and after $500, I learned it was the filters —two of the filters were not allowing any water to drain through them. Because I bought them 5 months before I needed them, I could not return the filters.
