Listen, I bought this cologne because I liked the name. Tobacco Vanille sounded warm, sophisticated, and a little dangerous, like a velvet smoking jacket that somehow knows your credit card PIN. What I didn’t expect was that it functions as straight-up pheromonal napalm. First spray and I swear the air changed. Within thirty minutes my phone started buzzing like a beehive in heat. Women who normally just politely smile at me were suddenly “accidentally” brushing against me in coffee shops, asking what I’m wearing in that low, slightly dazed voice usually reserved for the last slice of chocolate cake. It’s not cologne at this point; it’s a siren in liquid form. Moths to a flame doesn’t even cover it. These women are full-on kamikaze-diving into the glow. The scent itself is incredible: rich, boozy vanilla wrapped in smoky tobacco leaves with just enough spice to make you smell like you own a yacht and know how to use it. It lasts forever! 12 hours later and I still smelled expensive. The problem? So did every woman within a three-block radius. I’ve had to start budgeting like a man with three secret families. Date nights? Constant. “Quick coffees” that turn into three-hour dinners? Daily. My Amex is filing for emotional support. I’m seriously considering opening a second checking account called “Tobacco Vanille Maintenance Fund.” If you buy this, just know you’re not just buying cologne, you’re buying a lifestyle of turning down (or saying yes to) way more plans than you have time for. Ladies, if you’re thinking of gifting this to your man… proceed with caution & maybe stock up on concealer for those under-eye circles you’re about to earn. The vultures don’t circle they descend in formation. You’ll suddenly need the situational awareness of a Secret Service agent and the patience of a saint. This stuff doesn’t just make him smell good. It makes him smell like the last helicopter out of a war zone full of beautiful, determined women. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Will my bank account survive? …Ask me after I finish this new bottle. 10/10. Smells like confidence, trouble, and poor financial decisions in the best possible way.

Great fragrance! Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille Eau de Parfum is a very intriguing fragrance. Very popular with many ... not so much with others. Different strokes for different folks as they say. I personally like it ... it's different, masculine, opulent, and elegant. It initially starts with a strong scent that later evolves into a pleasant vanilla-tobacco blend. It lasts a long time compared to other fragrances. I always buy the sampler spray vial size (0.05oz/1.5ml) to try all my fragrances out before investing in a larger size for big dollars. It's not for everybody but if you like Tom Ford fragrances you will enjoy this one.

Love when my husband wears this!! Smells absolutely amazing.. The smell lingers for hours! I highly recommend!

I bought this mainly out of curiosity because of the mixed reviews. I am a bit of a cologne connoisseur. I pride myself on my ability to reverse-smell the various essential oils and resins used to create colognes and perfumes. I've even made my own from pure ingredients a number of times. I can tell the difference between the real thing and fakes. This one may look sketchy with the gold labeling, but it is definitely high quality true Tom Ford cologne (at least the stuff I got). Second, the smell is incredible. I was dubious that they could capture the rich tobacco smell or if they did, that the vanilla would throw it off or be fake smelling. Once I got it, it was clear Tom Ford delivers. It is exactly like you would expect. The strongest scent I get is Benzoin -- a tree resin with a very sweet honey/vanilla/firewood smell. I love benzoin by itself, but it's a pain to work with due to its viscosity. Next, I get the very unmistakable scent of a humidor at your local pipe tobacco/cigar shop. Very sharp but warm at the same time. Additionally, I get slight hints of clove,cedar, and nutmeg. That combination is great, though I like to mix it with my regular cologne to enhance the uniqueness of the scent and make it more of a daily wear smell. (My normal cologne is more of a lime, grapefruit, bergamont, cedar smell). It certainly IS pricey but the scent has incredible lasting power. One spray literally lasted all day, and I can't say that about most of my other colognes -- even expensive ones. With all this said, the smell is very unique. If you don't like the smell of tobacco and vanilla... don't buy it. I don't understand the negative reviews. If it is too expensive, you don't like the smell of cigars or tobacco or vanilla... then you probably won't like this. Duh. Don't be stupid people. As for some people describing it as an "old person smell," I disagree. It's not AXE, that's for sure, but it's not O. Spice either. If I had to describe it, I'd say its a little Indiana Jones, especially when mixed with a little leather and lime.

I love this parfum

A bit of an opinion divider but I absolutely love this. A smash of boozy rum and coke followed by a deep, sweet tobacco smell, all sitting upon the delicious oud element which just lasts for ever and ever. A true classic. Expensive but worth it.

Some thing wrong although it is bought from seller (Amazon itself) but actually it doesn't perform %5 from its projection and longevity as known. I Really disappointed 😔
