Perfect for sourdough dough.
Mixes better than Himalayan and regular salt for sourdough bread. The fine texture mixes perfectly and effectively when adding to autolysed dough.

There is enough to last me the rest of my life probably but I do use a lot of it for making pickles and canning field peas. Great price and packaged well. Why pay $4 a pound in the grocery store when you can pay a little over a $1 a pound and get Mrs Wages at Amazon.

Product is as advertised. You do get 6 ea of 3 lb. packages
I don't know about the 1 star reviews that said they only got one package because I ordered the same item and got 6 in like a 2 day turn around.I haven't done anything with it yet, am waiting for the next rush of cucumbers, will let y'all know how it turn out!

Good quality, it's perfect for pickling I wish they offered smaller quantity options though because I have a ton of leftover unopened packages.
