Update: why does it have to be so thin? A little too delicate and it's broken within a few months. So my favorite cup now is actually a Mason jar type with a handle. I like the glass because I enjoy seeing the way light is diffused and also how dark my coffee is. And it's thick and sturdy!! _____________ I love drinking my coffee out of this. Absolutely my favorite! It is a bit thin and sometimes I'm scared of it breaking but it's borosilicate and should be pretty durable. I do like the caffeine molecule on one side as well as knowing exactly how much coffee I'm drinking with the measurements on the other.

Nice borosilicate cup/mug and as expected very thin glass and almost weightless, but delicate and not for people with big fingers. Update: I used this cup 4 times and was very careful with it and I just noticed it was leaking out the bottom. Coffee kept showing up on the countertop and after transferring to another cup I turned the is cup over and sure enough a small crack. This is absurd! I will attempt to get a refund.

I have worked for decades in labs where borosilicate glassware is used for many purposes. Heat resistant and generally tough, it survives the scuffs and bumps of lab use amazingly well. The point of this mug is to simulate that -- but with a handle added, and with the molecular diagram of a caffeine molecule added for humor. As a joke this is a bit edgy, because one of the most important rules of lab safety is to NEVER drink or eat from lab glassware. While this mug appears (from a little distance) to be just like "the real thing" (a Pyrex or Kymax beaker with a handle added and a funny molecular diagram of caffeine) it does not have the durable and tough feel of real labware that I had hoped-for. I like it, and I will use it -- but I bought it thinking I'd get something a bit more "real."

Arrived intact, well packaged. Product was exactly as shown in the marketing photos. The mug was well received by my college student majoring in Chemistry.

Makes my beverages appear scientifically experimental for great conversations.

The material is very thin and feels low quality. After about a month it broke in a round fashion among its walls while gently stirring with a spoon, spilling its contents.

Great idea for a mug, loved it when it arrived ....only to find the decals came off after a few washes leaving us with a plain glass. Terrible : disappointed beyond measure.
