Love the ladder
It is a great option for easy in easy out of the pool. Thanks to all your reviews I believe I made a great purchase. The handrails are a bit flimsy will not hold an adult falling, not use for pulling yourself up the ladderor children horseplay, mite need minor fabrication, we re-enforced the handrails. Much better. However, that said it is a great ladder if you get in the pool like normal and treat as such. My wife and I love it. We use it alot more than our other ladder and allow us to use the pool more.

Great pair of steps
These steps fit great in and out of pool. They are very well made, and very sturdy. They are very easy to use. Assembly was easy.

Awful to install
This ladder took all day to put together. You have to put ladder in water before you can finish it. And too tall for a 6’4” man to get out of water. You had to drill holes to put screws in. Instructions were awful. If an engineer has problems so would you! Not sure worth it- hard to give it one star

Great ladder / Steps lousy instructions
The ladder is great however , the instructions are absolutely horrible ! Have a drill handy and a hack saw if your pool is 48". There is no mention of using a drill in the instructions, there are holes that look like you would use screws for , but you don't. When using the drill on the side of the ladder there is no mark but its a flat surface following up the side . Even tried youtube , the videos go too fast to follow. The steps are more self explanatory, not as difficult. The ladder was tricky . Great ladder and steps lousy instructions.

Robust and solid ladder.
Extremely robust and easy to put together. I didn’t go ahead and pour sand inside the structure as the instructions intended but rather 4 x sand bags weighing the pool end down solidly. Worked well. If you decide to fill the ladder with sand think about how you will lift it out? It’s all plastic but very strong. Recommend

Broke while we put it together
When we put the steps together and installed the handrail, the receiving tube cracked and split half way down. A lot of money for cheap plastic

Very sturdy and worth the money.
Love this product was boxed nicely and looks identical to picture ver sturdy as well. Which is exactly what I needed. Would recommend.
