Messy to use but worked a treat!!
Messy, sticky but worked a treat to take the heat out of a small burn. Would be great if you have no access to running water whilst awaiting medical support

These are by far the best burn dressings I have ever used! My nephew got a hot drink spilt on him, and these dressings not only helped to ease the pain, but also ensured that the skin did not blister, stay red, or scar. I bought the packets of gel as well. This burn dressing gel works best with the after burn gel.
